Healthy active-game allocation: 14 minutes. Confidence: medium-high on rotation membership; medium on minutes.
Correction 2026-07-18: allocation cut 18 → 14 minutes. His 24.7-minute 2025-26 season was inflated by Wagner's 48 missed games, and Sports Illustrated's rotation projection places Noah Penda ninth on the roster as the backup power forward — a role the prior version of this vault handed almost entirely to da Silva. He remains inside the rotation as the backup small forward and the first man up when Wagner sits. Source: SI Magic rotation projection.
2025-26 baseline
Da Silva played 77 games at 24.7 minutes and averaged 9.9 points, 3.7 rebounds, 1.6 assists, 0.9 steals, 0.3 blocks, 1.6 threes, and 0.9 turnovers. He shot .450 from the field and .884 from the line.
The clean category line did not require much usage. The 2026-27 projection reduces minutes because Wagner is assumed to play more than 34 games and the forward/center depth remains crowded.
Role and pathway
Da Silva is the first reserve at both forward spots and the cleanest spot starter for Wagner or Banchero. He helps lineups function without demanding touches, which should keep him ahead of Penda and Cain when the team is healthy. He can also play with either star in smaller units.
His path to standard-league relevance is straightforward: 25-plus minutes through an injury or a decisive coaching preference for shooting over a second center. In that role, threes and steals become streamable while the FT/turnover profile does no harm.
Category shape
- Strong: FT percentage, low turnovers.
- Helpful: threes and steals.
- Modest: points and rebounds.
- Weak: blocks and assists.
Low-volume FT excellence is supportive rather than transformative. Da Silva is best used as a schedule streamer when his minutes are visible.
Format and market map
| Format | Base posture |
|---|---|
| 9-cat redraft | Top 180-230; waiver streamer |
| H2H points | Waiver only |
| Dynasty | Deep hold, roughly outside top 250 |
| Deep roto | Useful glue player because he avoids category damage |
Hashtag's July analyst dynasty board ranked da Silva 305th, while its crowd keeper rank was somewhat stronger. The market is correctly skeptical of upside without a role expansion.

Durability: 74 and 77 games in his two NBA seasons, 151 of a possible 164. No significant injury on record, and he has been available for effectively every rotation decision Orlando has had to make.
Trajectory: Two seasons of clean, monotonic improvement in every category that matters to his role — field goal percentage from .412 to .450, three-point rate from 1.1 to 1.6 makes at .374, steals more than doubling to 0.9 — while the turnover rate stayed at 0.9 and the free throw percentage stayed near .880. That is the profile of a low-usage connector who does not damage a fantasy roster anywhere, and it is also why he is not a standard-league asset: nothing in the line is large enough to carry a category. The 24.7 minutes in 2025-26 were partly a Wagner-absence artifact, and Penda's arrival crowds the backup power forward slot, so the base case is a step back toward 14-18 minutes. He becomes rosterable if Wagner or Banchero misses extended time and he holds 27-plus minutes, where the threes and steals scale into streamer territory; short of that he is a deep-roto glue piece and a schedule stream.
