Cutoff, scope, and confidence
This is an English-language public-web census researched through 2026-07-18, America/New_York. It covers directly discoverable YouTube channels, podcast feeds, and episode pages with 2026-27 relevance. It is broad, not literally closed-world: private Discord audio, deleted episodes, paywalled Patreon feeds, unindexed regional shows, live Spaces, and videos published after the cutoff remain gaps.
- Fact means an episode title, host, publication time, duration, description, feed state, or channel state visible at the cutoff.
- Analyst opinion means every sleeper, bust, rank, role, usage, or outcome claim inside a show unless independently corroborated.
- Desk inference means the source-quality and routing judgments below.
No episode title is evidence that its basketball claim is true. A video becomes a dated analyst source only after its format, information cutoff, claim, and reasoning are captured.
Priority feeds
| Feed/show | Current public state at cutoff | Native emphasis | Best encyclopedia use | Main caveat |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Locked On Fantasy Basketball / YouTube | Audio feed latest episode 2026-07-17; YouTube posted through 2026-07-18 | Daily redraft, category analysis, projections, news, team roles; Josh Lloyd | High-frequency opinion ledger, mechanisms, disagreements, player/team episode timestamps | Josh Lloyd is also Basketball Monster's lead analyst, so the podcast and Monster projections are a related source family, not independent votes (host bio) |
| Old Man Squad Fantasy Basketball / network YouTube | Audio latest 2026-07-17; YouTube posted through 2026-07-18 | Daily redraft, aging curves, values, sleepers, team-by-team draft prep; Dan Besbris and network contributors | Dense offseason watch list and market-language capture | Same network syndicates several shows; episode duplication must be removed |
| Stuff It: A Fantasy Basketball Podcast | Latest 2026-07-18 | Redraft, 9-cat mocks, sleepers/busts, transactions; Adam King with guests | Episode-level rankings and claim extraction with explicit 9-cat context where stated | Videos publish on the Old Man Squad network; count the episode once, not once per platform |
| Fantasy NBA Today | Latest 2026-07-17 | Daily redraft, dynasty, team/player series, draft fades; Dr. A and rotating SportsEthos/Bleav hosts | Alternative analyst assumptions and structured theme series | Feed ownership/branding has changed; some episodes are cross-posted into other Bleav feeds |
| Full Court Press | Latest 2026-07-16 | Weekly redraft, dynasty, rookies, betting; Bryan Joiner and Ben Clarke on the indexed rookie episode | Long-form rookie and offseason synthesis | Rankings, betting angles, and real-NBA opinions coexist; tag each claim by use |
| Angle Fantasy Basketball / YouTube | YouTube latest 2026-07-09; Apple listed a newer episode four days before access | 9-cat dynasty, rookie boards, age curves, trades | Dynasty-specific ranks and explicit contender/rebuilder distinctions | Some player discussions are Patreon-only; public and paid coverage should not be conflated |
| Punt Intended / RSS | Latest own episode 2026-07-13 | Dynasty, offseason transactions, rookie reactions; Mark C | Dynasty role/value changes and source disagreement | The RSS feed contained a Fantasy NBA Today episode, demonstrating cross-feed syndication |
| RotoWire Fantasy Basketball Podcast / video channel | Audio latest 2026-04-09; video channel active through 2026-07-17 | Redraft, news, lineup decisions, rookies, summer league, markets | Named-analyst ranks and timestamps; video is the current offseason surface | Podcast was seasonally paused while video continued; RotoWire articles/projections and shows are related inputs |
| Bleav in Fantasy Basketball video | Latest channel item 2026-07-15 | Points and dynasty, rankings, team/player targets | Points/dynasty alternative source | The network RSS was mixing unrelated team podcasts at the cutoff, so it is not a clean fantasy-basketball feed |
| Know Ball Dynasty | Eight indexed episodes; latest 2026-05-11 | Category dynasty, team previews, rookie mocks, trade review; Ryan Brown and collaborators | Deep dynasty hypotheses and team-by-team long-horizon questions | Small/young feed; rank claims remain community analyst opinion |
| Young Man Squad Fantasy Basketball | Indexed into January 2026; part of Old Man Squad network | Dynasty, prospects, advanced stats; Noah Rubin | Long-horizon player mechanisms | No post-January episode was established at the cutoff; check original feed before treating it as active |

Sleepers, Busts & Late-Round Flyers
- Canonical video: YouTube,
P3mLeEsd-jA - Channel: Old Man Squad Fantasy Sports Network
- Published: 2026-07-15 at 12:41:33 UTC in the public YouTube Atom record
- Runtime: 49:50 in the Stuff It RSS feed; YouTube metadata returned 2,991 seconds, a one-second container difference
- Hosts: Adam “Kingy” King and D Mac
- Description-level subjects: John Collins, Day'Ron Sharpe, Paul Reed, and Coby White; players to target, avoid, or use as late-round fliers after free agency and near the end of Summer League
- Native show: Stuff It; the episode is also present on the Stuff It RSS feed
- Evidence class: attributed analyst opinion, not a projection table or roster fact
- Freshness: current at publication but vulnerable to any transaction, injury, or depth-chart update after July 15
- Transcript state: no human chapter timestamps were present in the public description inspected at the cutoff; claims need a transcript/timestamp pass before being attached to individual player dossiers
The public description names the covered players but does not declare a complete league format. Desk rule: do not silently translate a “target” into 9-cat, points, dynasty, or ADP value until the episode itself establishes that context.

Long-tail and stale YouTube leads
These channels appeared in the 2026 directory or historical community lists, but their public Atom feed showed no current 2026-27 upload at the cutoff. “Stale” applies to the YouTube feed, not necessarily the creator's website, newsletter, or paid work.

The directory also surfaced channels whose names or latest items were non-fantasy, miscategorized, or too ambiguous to prioritize. Inclusion in a marketing directory is not evidence of expertise, activity, or a 2026-27 forecast.
Dynasty-video ecosystem beyond the core feeds
- The Dizzle Dynasty link hub advertised a July 2026 9-cat/points/rookie ranking release and post-draft rookie rankings, plus YouTube, Spotify, Apple, Substack, and Discord. Its standalone Apple podcast still showed only two September 2025 items, so the written/social hub is current while the podcast feed is stale.
- Know Ball Dynasty had 2026 team preview, rookie mock, top-prospect, consensus-comparison, and trade-review episodes.
- Young Man Squad is a dynasty/prospect show in the Old Man Squad family, but the last indexed item found was January 2026.
- Angle collaborates with Dizzle Dynasty and marks some injury-return/rank material as subscriber-only.
These sources are valuable precisely because dynasty objectives differ. Do not mix a three-year asset rank, a rookie-draft rank, a contender rank, and a 2026-27 redraft projection.
Adjacent audio/video to mine selectively
- No Ceilings supplies prospect film/scouting and published a 112-minute, all-30-team 2026 Summer League preview with chapter timestamps. It does not natively price fantasy categories.
- The Kevin O'Connor Show episode of 2026-07-11 combines real-NBA/summer-league discussion with explicit fantasy segments by Dan Titus.
- The Dunker Spot's 2026-07-07 offseason/Summer League episode is role/context analysis, not a fantasy rank source.
- Establish The Run NBA, Underdog NBA, and betting videos can supply pace, role, and market hypotheses but must be tagged DFS/betting and never normalized as season-long consensus without translation.
Episode ingestion standard
Each retained episode needs:
| Field | Requirement |
|---|---|
| Identity | Show, episode title, host and guests, canonical audio/video URL, feed GUID or YouTube ID |
| Time | Publication timestamp with time zone, retrieval timestamp, episode runtime |
| Scope | Redraft/dynasty/DFS/betting; category/points/platform; per-game/totals; league size if stated |
| Context | Information cutoff, transactions already incorporated, recording versus publication date if different |
| Navigation | Creator chapters, transcript timestamps, player/team/topic entities |
| Claim | Short paraphrase, speaker, exact timestamp, confidence language, mechanism, reversal condition |
| Evidence | Links or statistics cited by the speaker; official corroboration status |
| Lifecycle | Current, aging, stale, superseded, retracted/corrected, unavailable/paywalled |
| Lineage | Shared host, model, network, or upstream projection source |
Never paste a full copyrighted transcript into the vault. Store short timestamped paraphrases and only brief quotations when necessary.
Deduplication and correlation rules
- Use RSS GUID, enclosure URL, YouTube ID, title, duration, and publication time to identify an episode.
- A simulcast on YouTube, Apple, Spotify, and a network site is one source observation.
- The same analyst repeating a take on two shows is two dated statements but one analyst family for consensus weighting.
- Guest appearances inherit both the guest's source lineage and the host show's context.
- Shorts clipped from a long-form show link back to the parent episode and do not add an independent vote.
- Cross-posted RSS items are assigned to the native show. The Punt Intended feed's Fantasy NBA Today item and the Bleav network feed's team shows show why feed title alone is insufficient.
Monitoring tiers
Daily during draft season: Locked On, Old Man Squad, Stuff It, Fantasy NBA Today.
Two or three times weekly: Full Court Press, RotoWire video, Bleav fantasy video, Angle, Punt Intended.
Weekly or event-driven: Know Ball Dynasty, Young Man Squad, Dizzle Dynasty multimedia, No Ceilings, KOC fantasy segments.
Archive-only until a new item appears: the long-tail channels whose last public-feed item predates the 2025-26 season.
Gaps and unavailable material
- YouTube throttled normal page extraction intermittently; public oEmbed, page metadata, and Atom feeds supplied titles/dates, but captions and complete chapters were not uniformly available.
- The user-supplied video had no public human chapter list in the inspected description; it still needs a timestamped claim pass.
- Spotify pages, Apple storefronts, and podcast networks can display different release times, durations, or episode order because of time zones, ad insertion, and syndication.
- Patreon-only Angle, Punt Intended/SportsEthos, Matt Lawson, and other dynasty audio was not audited beyond public descriptions.
- Live YouTube streams, X Spaces, Discord stages, and deleted/private videos are not recoverable from standard RSS.
- Feedspot's “30 channels” directory included stale and miscategorized channels and omitted at least two core current channels; it is discovery evidence only.
- No public show supplies a fully documented, calibrated 2026-27 primitive projection distribution merely by publishing a rank episode.
- Non-English fantasy basketball audio/video remains substantially undercounted.
Open questions
- Can lawful caption retrieval produce stable player-level timestamps for the priority feeds without storing copyrighted full transcripts?
- Which shows will publish explicit 9-cat, points, totals, dynasty, and platform-specific assumptions once full draft season begins?
- Which apparently dormant channels will reactivate after the NBA schedule and fantasy platforms open?
- How should the encyclopedia score analyst accuracy while respecting that many episodes revise takes before opening night?
- Which X Spaces and private-community shows have public replays that can be indexed as stable episode sources?
