Fantasy thesis
Mykhailiuk's shooting is bankable, but he offers little in rebounds or defensive categories. The healthy allocation gives him two minutes, down from six after Sensabaugh's wing minutes were corrected upward on 2026-07-18; injuries to Peterson, Bailey, or Markkanen still create a direct path back to 20-plus, and the 10.0 MPG projection is carried almost entirely by that injury path rather than by a healthy-night role. Utah's official roster confirms he remains under contract. Jazz roster, accessed 2026-07-18
Ceiling: a starting injury turns him into a three-point streamer. Floor: Okogie wins defense-first bench minutes and Svi is a situational spacer only.
Career record
Pre-NBA: Pro at 15 for Cherkaski Mavpy (Ukraine, 2012-14) and a 2014 FIBA World Cup squad member, then four seasons at Kansas (2014-18) arriving as the Big 12's youngest-ever player at 17: 2.8 → 5.4 → 9.8 → 14.6 PPG, closing at .444 from three with a school-record 115 made threes and second-team All-Big 12 in 2017-18. Draft: 2018, Round 2, Pick 47, LA Lakers.

Durability: No major injury seasons; the 32-66 GP range across eight years reflects seven organizations' rotation decisions, not health. Won a ring as a Boston deep reserve in 2023-24.
Trajectory: An eight-year journeyman whose value has always been a single skill: whenever a team gives him 20+ minutes (2019-20 Detroit, the OKC and Charlotte stints, both Utah years), he delivers around 2 threes and 9 points; whenever it doesn't, he disappears. 2025-26 was his career-best efficiency (.478/.408/.893) on his first sustained starting run, at age 28 — a real shooting season, but propped up by a rebuilding team's vacancy. In 2026-27 he competes with Okogie for second-unit wing minutes behind the Peterson-Bailey-Markkanen group. He becomes fantasy-relevant only when a Utah wing injury restores 20+ minutes, and then strictly as a threes/FT% streamer.

Open questions
- Will Hardy prioritize Svi's shooting or Okogie's defense in the second unit?
- Can he retain efficiency without a stable role?
