Role and evidence
Sacramento officially signed Flagler and Jonathan Mogbo to two-way contracts on July 2. The current depth chart places Flagler fourth at point guard.
Flagler has 39 career NBA games, averaging 1.7 points in 5.6 minutes on 25.2% FG and 19.2% from three (ESPN career statistics). Those tiny-sample percentages should regress upward, but they prevent an aggressive NBA projection. He participated in Sacramento's 2026 Summer League after an early undisclosed absence.
Range
- Ceiling: emergency rotation shooter with 2 threes per game during backcourt injuries.
- Median: Stockton usage and sparse call-ups.
- Floor: two-way slot churn before the season ends.

He was on Oklahoma City's roster for the 2025 title but did not appear in the playoffs, per two-way rules. He did not play an NBA game in 2025-26: San Antonio signed him to an Exhibit 10 in August 2025 and waived him in October, and he spent the year with the Austin Spurs, averaging 14.5 points, 4.9 assists, 2.8 rebounds and 1.1 steals in 31.1 minutes over 17 games on 42% from the field and 34% from three.
Durability: Nothing chronic on record. The thin NBA game log reflects contract churn — waived by Oklahoma City a day after signing in October 2023, converted to a two-way in February 2024, waived by San Antonio in October 2025 — and an undisclosed early absence from Sacramento's 2026 Summer League.
Trajectory: Flagler was a 39.6% college three-point shooter across 129 games, and shooting is the entire case for him. It has not shown up as a professional: 19.2% from three on 0.4 makes across 39 NBA games, and only 34% in the G League last season, where he was a high-usage lead guard with a good 4.9-to-1.1 assist-to-steal profile but ordinary efficiency. The sample sizes are small enough that regression is likely, but two separate professional levels now say the same thing, which is why the shot has to actually rebound rather than merely be assumed to. At 26 on a two-way, sitting fourth at point guard behind the Kings' depth, he is a Stockton season with sparse call-ups. He matters in fantasy only if two Sacramento guards are out simultaneously and he converts a call-up into 20 minutes with the college stroke intact — a narrow path, and one Isaiah Stevens is also standing on.

Open questions
- Is Flagler's NBA shooting sample variance or a translation problem?
- Can he displace Stevens as the first point-guard call-up?
