Why the line looks like this
Peter appeared in 38 NBA games, averaging 4.5/1.6/1.1 in 12.9 minutes, and produced 14.8/5.1/3.9 with 1.6 steals for the Boom. His official review identifies a second year on the two-way. Summer League offered more creation reps, but those receive little statistical weight. Pacers player review · 2026 Summer League roster
Redraft, dynasty, and scenarios
- Redraft: no value outside daily-contest slates after mass injuries.
- Dynasty: modest deep-league stash for shooting/athleticism, not a standard hold.
- Floor: waived to open the reported Braden Smith two-way slot.
- Ceiling: wins the call-up order, reaches 15 minutes and supplies one to two threes with a steal.

Career record
Pre-NBA: An unusual five-year, three-level path. Tennessee Tech 2020-21: six games, 1.7 points. Dropped to Division II Arkansas Tech for three seasons — 10.0 points in 2021-22, 15.5 points and 5.5 rebounds in 2022-23, then 18.5 points, 5.8 rebounds and 2.3 assists on .499/.409/.868 in 2023-24, winning Great American Conference Player of the Year and first-team All-GAC. Transferred up to Liberty for 2024-25 and came off the bench in 33 of 35 games: 13.7 points and 4.0 rebounds on .578 from the field and .453 from three, good for Conference USA Sixth Man of the Year, third-team All-CUSA, and the national lead in true shooting at 72.4%. Draft: 2025, second round, 54th overall, Indiana; signed a two-way contract with the Noblesville Boom.

He shot .328 from three on 3.3 attempts as a rookie. His G League production with Noblesville is not verified — sources disagree, and the figure is discussed under Trajectory below.
Durability: One NBA season, 38 of 82 games, all of it a function of two-way status and call-up scheduling rather than injury. Nothing to flag on health.
Trajectory: The draft case was shooting efficiency, and the rookie year did not reproduce it — a .453 three-point mark at Liberty on elite true shooting became .328 in the NBA, with free-throw shooting collapsing from .773 to .625 on tiny volume. The offsetting point is that he was already 23 as a rookie and had spent three of his five college seasons in Division II, so the NBA sample is his first real test against this level. Indiana kept him for a second two-way year. The 2025-26 Boom line reported in his Pacers player review (14.8 points, 5.1 rebounds, 3.9 assists, 1.6 steals) does not match the figure returned by other trackers (13.4/4.5/3.4), so treat the exact G League production as unconfirmed while the shape — lead-guard usage with real steal production — is consistent across both. He reaches fantasy relevance only if he survives the Braden Smith two-way squeeze, wins the call-up order ahead of the other developmental guards, and the three-point rate climbs back toward his college level.

Open questions
- Does Peter retain his slot when Braden Smith's contract is resolved?
- Can he turn Summer League on-ball reps into enough passing to avoid a shooting-only archetype?
